Warehouse Operations:

• Assist to receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders according to schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.

SLA Kit Management:

• Maintain accurate records of SLA kits, including contents, locations, and usage history.
• Ensure SLA kits are prepared, stocked, and dispatched according to predefined service standards.
• Coordinate with technical teams or field service units to ensure SLA kits meet operational requirements.
• Conduct regular audits of SLA kits to verify completeness, expiry dates, and readiness.

Inventory Management:

• Assist with regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Update inventory systems with accurate data.
• Assist in cycle counts and annual stock takes.

Logistics Coordination:

• Assist to coordinate with transport providers for timely deliveries and collections.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
• Prepare shipping documentation and labels.

System & Reporting:

• Use ERP/WMS systems to manage inventory and logistics data.
• Generate reports on stock levels, order fulfillment, and logistics performance.
• Support audits and compliance checks.

Customer & Internal Support:

• Liaise with internal departments to fulfill stock requests.
• Respond to queries related to inventory and deliveries.
• Support urgent or special logistics requests.

• Matric or equivalent; logistics or supply chain certification preferred.
• 2+ years experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
• forklift license will be an advantage
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Microsoft office.
