TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Clerk (Admin) within the Trade division in Bethal, Mpumalanga.


Job Summary

This role involves providing administrative support through processing purchase orders and invoices, managing stock receiving, and handling banking and sales reconciliations. The Clerk (Admin) will also prepare reports, capture data, and perform general office duties to ensure smooth daily operations.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Process purchase orders and invoices
  • Receiving of stock
  • Banking, sales, reconciliation
  • Prepare and capture reports and summarise data
  • General office duties

Qualifications and Skills

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Computer literate
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
