Responsibilities of this Post:
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
Track stock of office supplies and merchandise and place orders when necessary.
Submit timely weekly/event reports and prepare presentations as assigned.
Assists in planning and arranging events, including organising catering.
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments, travel expenses, etc. for the MD
Create and update records and databases with office and events data.

Requirements of this Post:
BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
