Job Purpose:

The learnership will provide the associate with familiarity on public sector processes and basic project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative assistance with Public sector buy-out process and RFQ’s.
  • Tender Management tasks.
  • General and ad hoc admin within the Patient Access team, including both market access and KAM.
  • Provide familiarity on public sector processes and basic project management tasks.
  • High level understanding of market access and funder dynamics.


  • Integration into Patient Access team including team meetings and understanding team and x-functional collaboration, and exposure to various access principles and activities.
  • Assistance and support as needed per specific task assigned.
  • RFQ data capturing and basic analysis.
  • Contribute towards improving team efficiencies through administrative support offered.

Minimum requirements


University/College Degree or Diploma: Business, Economics or Science.
